Who are VSC?
Video standards council

What do they do?
The Video Standards Council is an administrator of the PEGI system of age rating for video games. It was established in 1989, and has been responsible for the age ratings of video games sold in the UK since 2012.

What are their relationship with PEGI?
It makes sure their ratings for video games are accurate

Why is the process of examining a game?
The designated authority of classifying physical games in the UK they must issue a certificate before any non-exempt game can be released. this section contains useful information pertaining to these certificates and also includes the presiders for appealing a refusal, controversial content and video footage in the UK

How do they ensure child safety?
They rate their games in relation to the suitability of the age group which ensures the child does not pick up any bad habits
